I absolutely loved the location. It's very close to the snowy mountain, and I woke up every morning looking at the beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the shops and eateries. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities exceeded my expectations.

The hotel's location is ideal for being near the shuttle stop, with easy access to the Valley terminal. The views of the surrounding mountains are stunning, and the room was clean and comfy, with a large bathroom. The staff were accommodating, and breakfast was great with a range of options.

Parking was challenging, with limited spaces.

Unhelpful and unprofessional staff, ruined the entire Christmas experience. The room had poor sound insulation, heard every noise from the next room.

What a gem of a place! I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to the mountain environment than this hotel. The rooms were spacious with stunning mountain views and a nice bathroom. The balcony overlooking the mountain was the perfect spot to enjoy a complimentary beer after a day of outdoor adventures. The location was excellent, right in the centre of all the action with easy access to the shuttle stop and just above the square.

All was great, nothing could have been better.

I had an amazing stay at a charming lodge in the snowy mountains. The wooden decor and cozy atmosphere gave it a Swiss chalet feel that I loved. The room was large, well-heated, and had a stunning view of the mountains. The daily room service kept everything clean and tidy. The continental breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to go back and experience this warm and inviting lodge again. I highly recommend it.

We arrived late about 7:30pm and were unpacked & heading to restaurant about 8:00pm to be told we couldn’t get a meal and could only order desert. This was disappointing as we had driven a long way and expected facilities to be operating as you could check-in till 10:00pm. This was Thursday evening and I would’ve thought that the kitchen would still be able to provide a hot meal at this time. The room wasn’t clean, there were bug droppings/dirt on shelving behind door. Room was dusty and bedside drawers still contained items from previous stayers (old papers and pencil). Which would lead me to believe that the room wasn’t cleaned properly prior to our stay. Shower ran out’ve hot water by 7:30am giving me a freezing cold shower!

the staff really made it awesome for me. take the time to get to know them and you'll feel like you're on the set of "cheers".

it's a little small, so you have to be in the common areas at just the right times to meet other guests.
